Connect a <cheap LED-strip on a 4$ Arduino Nano clone> via USB to your computer and have the mean screen color (or accents) as a room light in real time. Can easily capture and display ~60fps on the LEDs as well. Very low latency. Fun Saturday night project for when I can't sleep. This code was never rly cleaned!
Pipeline meant to segment and classify organoids, or any other blob-like structures (star-convex polygons). Microscopy images can be easily annotated in QuPath and automatically processed afterwards to count the class distribution within each image using this pipeline (TIF files will be converted to grayscale)
Preprocess, noise-reduction, threshold & quantify images to get box plots for each class (mainly cell cultures of different cel llines). Colocalization due to a naive trick of counting all overlapping signals/pixels. Could be done in ImageJ as well, but i thought this is better suited than fiddling with macros.
segXray - Bounding box prediction for 14 different findings in chest X-ray images
Data Science projects (ML / DL) and Complex Systems projects. From data to report.
Image Restoration tool for old photos: Algorithmically, without any AI. Sharpen, remove spots and noise, yellowing, and upscales the images a bit
Project 2 from SC2 @ FUB - Snakemake implementation to compare Illumina and Nanopore sequence assembly quality of the same sample.
